Q. How can a new sign help my business?

Your image is a representation of your company, it is one of the most important aspects of how customers and prospects identify you. People can  make decisions based on the look of a business. We will help your business show potential customers that you offer quality goods and services.



Q. What if I don’t know what I want?

Many people come to us that have no idea of what kind of sign they want. We want to make your business look good! We will ask questions to provide recommendations to produce a product that works for you and your business.


Q. How much does it cost?

There are many variables to determine the cost of a sign. Factors such as size, materials, location, and complexity of the design all weigh in on the cost. We understand the importance of cost and we will work with you to build a sign that is within your budget without sacrificing quality.


Q. How long does it take to get a sign made?

One of the things we pride ourselves on very fast turn-around, but that can depend on the complexity of the sign and if any city permitting is required. 


Q. Do I need a permit for my building sign, and how much does a permit cost?

Most building  signs will require a permit and the cost depends on several factors. Because sign permits can be rather complex, we can pull the permit for you. Signs that are considered temporary typically do not require permits. 


Q. How long will my sign last?

We use some of the best materials in the industry. If you only need a quick sign that will be taken down after a few weeks or months, we can make your sign in a less expensive material. If you need it to last a few years, we can make it with a better grade of material to withstand the elements for the time period you need it to last. 


Q. How do I know if I’m going to like the design or even the finished product?

Our customers  are never surprised with the final product because we provide full color proofs of what your new sign will look like before anything goes to production. During the proofing process is when any changes will be made to insure your satisfaction.


Q: Can I approve the sign before it’s made?

Absolutely! Before we begin production we require your approval of the artwork, colors, spelling, size and layout. Once you are satisfied, it is submitted to our schedule to begin producing your sign.


Q: Can you provide art or logo design?

We sure can! We can help you from start to finish. We will need to spend some time with you trying to understand your business and discuss examples of what you like or don't like in designs. If you are providing art you already have, please see our Art File Submission section.
